| Additional information | BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: - Due to the amount of home study required by these courses, you can only apply for ONE NEBDN course at any one time
- Please download the attached Supplementary Information Form, complete and return it to us with your cheque payment
- When you have been accepted on the course there will also be a charge of £175 for the NEBDN Examination Fee and £20 for the NEBDN Record of Achievement (which you pay directly to NEBDN. These prices are correct as at 07.04.14 but may be subject to change)
- Please ensure you can attend all six dates. Full attendance is mandatory NOTE if one session is missed you will be unable to complete the course or take the examination.
- Dental Nurses must have the support of a Dentist who will act as a mentor throughout this course and qualification
- Delegates must be prepared for considerable home study to achieve this qualification
- It is encouraged that Dental Nurses participating in this course undertake the examiniation for the NEBDN Certificate in Oral Health Education (19th September 2015)
