Dr Siobhan Barry completed a Clinical Doctorate in Paediatric Dentistry, with thesis entitled: “Improving Access and Reducing Barriers to Dental Care for Children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder”.

As part of the research she developed a dental application for smart phones and tablet devices, aimed specifically for children with ASD.

Dr Barry therefore has a wealth of knowledge on this subject which she is looking forward to sharing with us in this evening lecture.
