Dental trauma is like a medical emergency in that it is fortunately not something you see every day but where an accurate diagnosis and quick response may significantly improve the outcome.

Aims
  • To discuss the different forms of dental trauma and their management
  •  To discuss up to date and gold standard techniques for management of dental trauma

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Recognise and be able to appropriately treat or refer children who present with dental trauma.
  • Be more confident in their knowledge of currently recommended techniques for the management of dental trauma in children
