The aim of this webinar is to enhance clinicians’ knowledge and skills in recognising, diagnosing, and managing periodontal disease in paediatric patients, with a focus on case-based learning to support effective and evidence-based clinical practice.

Objectives
  • Describe the aetiology, classification, and clinical features of periodontal disease in children and adolescents.
  • Discuss the role of systemic, genetic, and behavioural factors in the development and progression of paediatric periodontal disease.
  • Outline preventive, non-surgical, and surgical treatment strategies appropriate to paediatric patients.
