Aims

To allow trainees to present research, audit, service improvement or clinical projects

To allow trainees to learn from each other.

Objectives

Trainees will have the opportunity to present a verbal or poster presentation on a topic of their choice

Trainees will have the opportunity to learn from each other and share experiences that may be unique to the hospital where they work.

Learning outcomes

Demonstrate better understanding of the activities of other departments and hospitals around Yorkshire.

Demonstrate their skills in poster and verbal presentations

Demonstrate their skills in answer questions and communicating complex clinical, research or quality improvement ideas to colleagues.
