Description | This 2-day course has been developed for dental nurses to measure and record plaque indices, apply topical fluoride varnish and deliver OH messages to patients. Designed to provide theoretical knowledge, underpinned with clinical competency. At the end of the 2-days all delegates will reach a safe beginner level. The practical skills for this competency will be achieved through support, training & observation from a GDC registered Dentist or H/T in the workplace who will act as the DN's work-based clinical supervisor. |
Additional information | All delegates must be GDC registered. Attendance at both sessions is mandatory for completion of this course |
