| Additional information | PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - Due to the amount of home study required by these courses, you can only apply for ONE NEBDN course at any one time.
- Please download the attached Supplementary Information Form, complete and return it to us with your cheque payment.
- When you have been accepted on the course there will also be a charge of £175 for the NEBDN Examination Fee and £20 for the NEBDN Record of Achievement (which you pay directly to NEBDN).
- Full attendance is expected from all those delegates given a place on this course
- Dental Nurses must have the support of a Dentist who will act as a mentor throughout this course and qualification
- Delegates must be prepared for considerable home study to achieve this qualification
- It is encouraged that Dental Nurses participating in this course undertake the examiniation on 12th December 2014 for the NEBDN accredited certificate in orthodontic dental nursing
