Aims

This course covers current issues affecting the mental health of individuals, the policies and best practice framework for managing mental health in the workplace.

Objectives

• Explore what is the difference between a mental health episode, crisis and condition. • Define the roles and responsibilities of a Mental Health First Aider and Responder. How to give immediate support and where to signpost someone to for additional support
