This interactive course examines several commonly prescribed drug groups and their impact on dental treatment. It discusses the management of these patients on polypharmacy.

Objectives

To describe basic pharmacological principles of medications To discuss patient management when on polypharmacy To discuss common drug groups such as anti-coagulants and antiplatelets, antibiotics, analgesics, MRONJ drugs and DMARDs Describe optimum patient management with these medications.
