Aims

To understand the relevance of a personal development plan in the dental practice setting.  How this can inform practice and career development  through reflection and goal selection and how this can contribute to the standard of care delivered to patients. 

Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will:

  • Understand how to set their own goals for learning and development, log CPD, prioritise CPD, develop themselves and practice.
  • Be able to undertake effective reflection on their own learning and practice.
