Aims
  • The session will introduce the participants to the topic of evidence based Dentistry
  • The participants will be given an outline of the GDC requirements regarding practicing evidence based dentistry
  • The session will also outline some of the tools available for Dental Professionals to appraise the quality of evidence relating to dental care.
Objectives

By the end of the course delegates will:

  • Be able to describe an outline of the requirements for evidence based practice for DCPs.
  • Have an understanding of how to practice with an evidence based approach
  • Be able to describe examples of evidence based practice related to DCPs
