Aims

To make trainees aware of a variety of career pathways within dentistry

To familiarise trainees with the co-dependencies of different specialties and the importance of a broad clinic training

To provide an opportunity for trainees to present a poster with a clinical case report, literature review, service evaluation, audit or research project.

Objectives

By the end of the day trainees will:

Be reminded of the importance of a broad clinical experience in all career pathways and the relevance to particular specialisms

Have had the opportunity to present a short piece of work as a poster.
