Description | This session is the inaugural meeting of the Safe Discharge Network Head and Neck Peer Review Group. This provides a forum for dental practice teams that are engaged in supporting oral cancer patients with post-treatment long term care. This face-to-face event allows engagement and interaction with all members of the group and will be facilitated by Restorative Consultants who are part of the Head and Neck Oncology MDT. There will be an opportunity for discussion of challenges faced by attendees. The session will also include an update on the oncology safe discharge network. |
