To be able to comply with regulatory principles in relation to record keeping as an Extended Duites Dental Nurse and when completing records under direction/dictation.

Objectives

To understand the regulatory requirements in relation to clinical record keeping.

To direct delegates towards resources in relation to best practice in clinical record keeping.

To describe the role of the dental nurse in clinical record keeping.

To know and understand the responsibilities of a dental nurse when working as an EDDN
