Aims

To provide training in the management of dental medical emergencies

Objectives

To develop knowledge of resuscitation within the dental setting.

To discuss the ABCDE assessment process.

To explain the immediate management of the sick adult and child.

To highlight the correct use of dental emergency drugs, equipment and oxygen therapy
