| Additional information | Susan Kindelan is a Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry and treats large numbers of patients with autism. She has a special interest in improving our management of children with autism and is currently developing the use of social stories for autistic patients in Leeds CDS. Siobhan Harnett is a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry. She completed a Clinical Doctorate in Paediatric Dentistry, with thesis entitled "Improving Access and Reducing Barriers to Dental Care for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder". As part of the research she developed a dental application for smart phones and tablet devices, aimed specifically for children with ASD. |
