This course is aimed at achieving better standards of communication in general dental practice, drawing on key concepts from coaching and mentoring.

Objectives

1. Identify how to have effective conversations with patients and colleagues.

2. Understand the real motivation behind what someone says, and how they say it.

3. Explore the tensions and conflicts which inhibit effective communication.
