In this workshop you’ll discover that BJ Fogg’s scientifically established system of behaviour change, as coached by Katherine, will not only help you build extraordinarily strong habits but also untangle unwanted habits that may have got out of control during lockdown. |
Additional information | This is a course provided by the Supported Return To Training (SuppoRTT) Team and is available to Trainees who are OOP and due to return to training or Trainees who have recently returned. In order to ensure you get the most out of this workshop we ask that you complete a small amount of pre-work. This is involves a 5 day online coaching programme introducing you to Tiny Habits, coached by Katherine. This involves watching 30 minutes of introductory video and 3 minutes a day implementation of Tiny Habits for the 5 days.
