DescriptionOver 50,000 people worldwide have reported that Tiny Habits® has worked for them. In this workshop you’ll discover that BJ Fogg’s scientifically established system of behaviour change, as coached by Katherine, will not only help you build extraordinarily strong habits but also untangle unwanted habits that may have got out of control during lockdown.

This is a course provided by the Supported Return To Training (SuppoRTT) Team and is available to Trainees who are OOP and due to return to training or Trainees who have recently returned.

In order to ensure you get the most out of this workshop we ask that you complete a small amount of pre-work. This is involves a 5 day online coaching programme introducing you to Tiny Habits, coached by Katherine. This involves watching 30 minutes of introductory video and 3 minutes a day implementation of Tiny Habits for the 5 days. Sign up here:

Aims

When you learn Tiny Habits®, the groundbreaking behaviour change model pioneered by Stanford research scientist Dr BJ Fogg, your life will be changed forever.

In this workshop, led by Tiny Habits® Certified Coach Katherine Hickman you’ll find out how to:

  • untangle bad habits just like a ball of wool.
  • focus on the prompt to stop a habit
  • redesign your ability to stop a habit
  • adjust motivation to stop a habit
  • design for swapping a behaviour

What you learn in the workshop, you can apply immediately.

  • Learn how to implement Tiny Habits® in order to create positive habits and make lasting impact on every aspect of your life that you want to change.
  • Learn how to use the technique to untangle unwanted behaviours

  • Learn how to redesign your life in order to untangle unwanted habits using Tiny Habits
