Participants will be encouraged to step away from their role and intentionally refocus on a task, job, or project they have put off or never find the time to focus on. Participants will share their productivity challenges with their peers and colleagues and will be supported to develop personalised results. A note for participants with ADHD:

I have worked with participants with an ADHD diagnosis who have said this course has been useful. They have said that they often find it difficult to concentrate and organise their tasks and this course has help with prioritisation and filtering of tasks. During the course we are really realistic with what can be achieved in one day, constantly reviewing our goals and using peer support to maintain momentum. Whatever task can be achieved during the day is deemed a success and we celebrate this.

I am always willing to talk further about the course potential participants to reassure and provide further details on 07919280541.
