Relevant stress physiology will be discussed. We will touch upon the evidence base, the neuroscience and invite discussion to enhance learning. At the end of the day, key learning points will be drawn out and the home practice will be shared. Day 2 will start with a discussion around the home practice over the previous 4 weeks. Some more meditation practices will be introduced followed by mindful communication and benefits of mindfulness in relationships. The day will end with signposting to various mindfulness resources and tips on how to practice mindfulness at work and in your life.
