  2. Right to cancel or restrict access

    1. We reserve the right to cancel your account or restrict access to booked courses if you are outside the course providers acceptable use policy.

  3. Refund policy - the following statements only apply to delegates who have paid to attend the course in the first instance.

    1. Places on courses are limited and therefore the course provider operates a cancellation and refund policy. From the time of purchase up-to six weeks before the date of the course the user is eligible for a full credit. The total amount paid for the course is credited back to the users original payment method. All eligible requests for refunds should be processed usually within 15 working days of the request.

    2. No refund will be made for bookings cancelled in the six weeks before the course date.

    3. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

    4. In exceptional circumstances the event fee may be refunded/charges may be waived.

    5. Substitution of delegates is only permitted following consultation with the NHSE administration team.

  4. Course cancellation or postponement

    1. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled the course administrator endeavours to inform each booked user as soon as possible. All course fees are credited to the user account. Users will be aware that we are unable to reimburse any costs that may have incurred no matter what these costs may be.

    2. Where the course is postponed and the date is not convenient the user is entitled to a full course credit, refund upon request as above.

  5. Descriptions, availability and pricing

    1. All services are supplied subject to availability.

    2. We have the right to change our prices at any time without advance warning.

    3. We do our best to ensure that the descriptions and illustrations are fair, honest and accurate.

    4. Our service is intended to be available without disruption. Due to maintenance, or for other unexpected reasons, there may be periods of unavailability.

  6. Force Majeure

    1. We are not liable to you for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances outside our control.

  7. Access to the site

    1. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is correctly configured and capable of using our services.

    2. It is not technically possible to provide the service free from errors and / or faults and we do not undertake to do so. We operate an online support facility to enable errors and / or faults to be reported and resolved but we cannot warrant that all errors and / or faults will be corrected.

    3. There is an accepted pathway to support. All registered users will get support directly from the course provider.

  8. License to access the site

    1. You are issued a limited licence to access and make personal use of this. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

    2. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

    3. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form). Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted.

    4. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Welcome page as long as the link does not portray the products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

  9. Contract

    1. A contract is formed when payment for a course has been fulfilled. Payment is bound to the course and the contract is formed between the course provider and registered user. Only registered users are able to book on courses.

  10. Warranties

    1. We warrant that the services:

      1. Will be provided using reasonable skill and care.

      2. Are fit for normal use and stated purpose (but not fit for any use which we state on our website may be inappropriate).

      3. Comply materially with the written description given on our web site.

  11. Personal information and security

    1. We guarantee that any personal information you send us online will be secure.

    2. Information that you provide to us must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to inform us of any changes in your details (contact details, address, telephone number or email address) by updating them using the web site.

    3. It is very important your email address is kept valid and up-to-date as that is where we will send important information about your account. You can update this at any time in the web site. If this email address is found to be invalid you will not get the full advantage of the site and miss out on important communications. It may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

  12. Complaints

    1. Complaints are welcomed. If the complaint is course related please contact the course provider. If the complaint is web site related please contact the service provider. All contact information is listed at the top of this page.

  13. Anti-virus protection and firewall

    1. Where possible all outgoing email currently being sent through our service is scanned for viruses.

    2. This should not be considered a replacement for running up-to-date anti-virus software on your own computer. No anti-virus system can be considered 100% effective and in no event will we be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential losses.

  14. Statutory rights

    1. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

  15. Billing mistakes

    1. If we make a mistake in any bill, we will correct it as soon as the mistake comes to our attention, and we will, if appropriate, refund any money to you promptly.

  16. Ownership / late payments

    1. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts [Interest] Act 1998 we reserve the right to reclaim interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

    2. Where payments on your account are overdue we reserve the right to restrict or suspend services or order fulfilment until payment is made in full.

  17. Limit of liability

    1. We do not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud. However, you acknowledge that the services are not appropriate for uses where personal injury or death could arise from use or reliance on the services and you should satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of any statements made by us or on our behalf.

    2. By submitting your order request to us you agree to accept our terms and conditions and that our total liability to you shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to us by you for the product or service giving rise to the liability.

    3. Any information or advice is provided 'as is' and without warranty - it should be considered generic advice only and may not be appropriate to your particular circumstances - always check with your software / hardware manufacturer.

    4. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether loss or profit, loss of opportunity or otherwise), costs, expenses or claims for consequential loss whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the service and its use or resale.

  18. Interpretation and governing law

    1. This is a plain English contract. Other than defined terms, words and expressions have their normal English meaning as they would be understood by a reasonable person in the context of this contract.

    2. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  19. Copyright and database rights

    1. All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the course provider and is protected by international copyright, authors' rights and database right laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of service provider and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and database right laws.

    2. You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this website. You also may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices and product listings) parts of this website.
