DescriptionChallenge of Change Training- Join Jo Clarke and discover how you can combat stress in work and home life, feel better, be more productive and content. 2 half day sessions- 1-4pm, Wednesday 15th July and Thursday 23rd July. This highly engaging and practical training will give you a clear understanding of what stress is really all about and the link between stress and poor health.
Additional information

Delivery of the training is via Zoom. We will use Zoom meeting rather than webinar so that people can contribute to the sessions. Just to confirm the session won't be recorded, and it would be really great if people could keep their videos on.

We also use Mentimeter ( www.menti.com) as part of the training in order to offer interactive participation. We will also have another member of the team who will be available on "Chat" to support participants and Jo.

Delegates will need to attend both sessions in order to complete the training.

 

Prior to attending the training all participants are asked to complete an online Personal Resilience Profile. The questionnaire and the results are completely confidential to each person but please do have your results with you for the training. Please note the personal resilience profile will need to completed before the 15th July session.
