Aims	Help supervisors to try out approaches to use with supporting returning trainees through effective supervision sessions
Objectives	Compare and contrast the roles of Clinical and Educational Supervisors Explain the overall structure required for educational and clinical supervision Prepare appropriately for meetings between supervisor and trainee Use a variety of techniques to bring the best out of trainees
