DescriptionThis course is aimed at educational and clinical supervisors who have a role in supporting colleagues wellbeing. It will focus on how to recognise the signs of stress and burnout in others, how we understand our own wellbeing, how we can act as role models and signposting to additional resources.

  • Recognising signs of stress and burnout
  • An appreciation of how to support colleagues, including where to find additional help
