Overview
The purpose of Tall Spaghetti is to support the well-being and development of people in the workplace, through training and coaching. I believe we can live with greater inner ease. This vastly improves quality of life and our effectiveness in our role, and it sends out many positive ripples.

I set up Tall Spaghetti in 2005 and have been supporting people in organisations since then, including major organisations in the public and private sector. I have delivered many training sessions within several regions of HEE/NHSE.

I specialise in well-being, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience, confidence, and personal development. I am a trained NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, a trained coach, and a trained mindfulness teacher.

The knowledge, skills and insights that I have gained in my speciality areas are integral to how I promote my own well-being, how I work and how I live. I have had my own personal mindfulness practice since 2005. It is my passion to support other people in these approaches. My work is about equipping participants with powerful knowledge and pragmatic strategies to generate sustainable impact on their lives.
