Aims

You will have time to really think about your life and your work and to challenge any assumptions that might be limiting your thinking.

To inspire, motivate and help others achieve their full potential we need to be inspired, motivated, and energised ourselves.

If we don’t take time out to clearly think about our priorities, we risk not focusing on the very things which bring meaning and value to our work and our lives.

Taking time out away from the pressures of our everyday life allows us to deeply re-engage with our true motivations and passions.

You will leave feeling relaxed, nurtured, and inspired. You will have a clear idea about what you would like to focus on in the coming months and will have connected with a group of like-minded people who can continue to offer support and provide counsel over the year.

Objectives

The day is for anyone that has previously attended a workshop with Sophie and will be designed around the needs of the people attending but will include:

• A short refresher on the 10 components of the Thinking Environment

• Discussion about how these relate specifically to coaching

• Pairs and small group dialogue practice

• A focus on assumptions and an on-paper exercise to think through a challenge you’re currently facing

• Time to answer any questions that have come up since you did your training
