What did you learn? “I learnt about myself and others, more about how others work and how to work best with them. This will make me a more effective team player” “I learnt about different aspects of mine and others personalities and how these are important to consider in order to lead an effective productive team. This deeper understanding of how people think and act differently will be invaluable in my role at work” Would you recommend this course to a colleague?: “Definitely recommend, should be for all trainees – everyone would benefit” “A brilliant opportunity to explore my strengths as a leader and potential blind spots to be aware of” “Very useful day. Before attending I was sceptical, however having done both MBTI 1 and 2 it gives greater understanding of team dynamics. Definitely recommend – I think teams would become more productive through greater understanding of how different individuals react/interact” “Absolutely recommend – the feedback is invaluable and I fell that I know myself much better now so can embrace diversity, understand how I make decisions as a leader and engage a team” Would you recommend this course to a colleague? “Definitely recommend, should be for all trainees – everyone would benefit” “A brilliant opportunity to explore my strengths as a leader and potential blind spots to be aware of” “Very useful day.
