Please note this course is invitation only. It isn't open to all prospective trainers to attend. We will be advised by our quality team who is required to attend.

This workshop will look at the most common difficulties trainees experience, and practice using some of the tools we have available to identify specific issues. We will look at how we can use ePortfolio to evidence concerns appropriately.

We will also discuss the role of the performance team in supporting trainers and trainees.

The workshop will be interactive, with time to share experiences and discuss any issues together.
