DescriptionA one day workshop exploring your responses to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Questionnaire. The MBTI questionnaire is a self-report psychometric tool which looks at how we perceive the world around us, and how we make decisions. This workshop can be really helpful in understanding more about your responses to your work environment, your leadership challenges and your team/colleagues. Of other fellows who have attended: 100% would recommend this workshop to a colleague 100% said they found it useful in their personal development

This is an interactive workshop with lots of small group exercises

Please note that the questionnaire incurs a cost to the organisation, therefore we kindly ask that prior to completing the questionnaire you ensure you are able to attend.  Completion of the questionnaire indicates your commitment to attend the session.
