Overseeing multiple trainees can be demanding as a trainer. Time pressures and supervising trainees with different learning needs can often be tricky. Keeping all this in mind, this interactive workshop will focus on the challenges as well as the opportunities when we have numerous trainees within one practice. We will discuss strategies to effectively lead tutorials/ complete workplace-based assessments and still provide a stimulating environment for the trainees and the supervisors.
