Availability | Course has taken place |
Subject | Coaching |
Description | Imposter Syndrome is a frequent attender in coaching, and particularly working with healthcare professionals because selection processes favour perfectionism, a close relation to imposterism. This one hour workshop will look more closely at Imposter Syndrome, how to work with limiting assumptions, and some evidenced based tools drawn from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), as well as provide an opportunity to discuss with others how they approach this common coaching challenge. |
Additional information | If you haven’t done so before, you may be interested in completing the free online questionnaire devised by Pauline Clance, who first described the Imposter Phenomenon: http://paulineroseclance.com/pdf/IPTestandscoring.pdf. |
