Description* Do you notice negative emotions or stress in yourself and others? * Do you care for your own well-being? * Do your actions show that health and well-being are important to you? This interactive session will introduce attendees to personal well-being. Participants will work in groups and alone to reflect on their own situation, as well as considering the position of others. They will take time to consider how leaders care for their staff.
