Description

It is part of the NHS to be constantly managing change and therefore we can create a bespoke yet practical workshop which gives younger leaders the skills to support people and themselves through change.

Additional information

Starting with how to identify how a team works well, we would work with the groups to identify areas that don’t and how, as leaders, they can manage this.

We will then focus on the change curve and support the group to identify where they are and how they might identify and support others depending on what stage they are at.

We then work through the Gallup change tool which is a industry leading change management tool ensuring all key issues are addressed and managed.

We would then look at systems leadership and human factors recognisingthat these are widely trained within the NHS.
