Aims

This course aims to introduce personal wellbeing and consider how this interacts with our working lives and leadership roles

Objectives

This course will include:

  • an exploration of the challenges which people are currently facing or have faced.
  • a group exercise examining the manifestation of stress.
  • an individual exercise to create a personal wellbeing menu.
  • An introduction to tips for wellbeing.
  • An exploration of empathy, considering Leading with Care from the NHS leadership framework
  • signposting to additional sources of support
Learning outcomes

After this course delegates will:

  • Have increased confidence in ability to manage their own wellbeing
  • Have improved self awareness of own responses to workplace situations
  • Have the ability to recognise and understand colleagues responses to workplace situations
  • Have a personal wellbeing plan
