DescriptionWithout effective interpersonal communication skills you are likely to be less successful when negotiating with others. This 2 day programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills to interpret and better understand some of the more challenging situations you are faced with when dealing with patients, their relatives and indeed your colleagues.

It is mandatory to attend both days of this course on the same programme.

Please do not book this course if you have already booked/attended 'Communication in the Real World' course, which is very similar and covers similar content.

The sessions will include a combination of short lectures, group discussions and experiential learning activities.

  • Understand the value of reflection and use this in their practice.
