DescriptionWPBA for Prospective Trainers. Suitable for Trainers and prospective trainers within 6 months (maximum 12 months), of being approved as a GP Trainer and have achieved PGCME Certificate. It is not intended for experienced trainers.

Please note this course is invitation only. It isn't open to all prospective trainers to attend. We will be advised by our quality team who is required to attend.

Objectives
  • We will be covering all aspects of WPBA.
  • There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and picking up tips on how to use WPBA effectively and efficiently and how to save time as a Trainer.
  • Share ideas about how to make the most of the assessment tools.
  • There will be an opportunity for benchmarking and how we can ensure Trainees are treated fairly in WPBA.

  • Developing skills and knowledge for a more efficient and effective ways to complete WPBA.
