It is not intended for experienced Trainers.

Additional information | Please note this course is invitation only. It isn't open to all prospective trainers to attend. We will be advised by our quality team who is required to attend. - Are you looking to fit the pieces of the jigsaw together and become more confident in your role as CS and ES and writing CSRs and ESRs?
- Do you want to know how your reports compare with your peers?
- Do you want an opportunity to spend a day with Trainers who have similar amount of experience as you?
Pre-Course Preparation - You will need to bring a wireless laptop with you.
- Please get your trainee’s permission to look at their e-portfolio in small groups.

Objectives | - We will be covering all aspects of the CSR and ESR.
- There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and picking up tips on how to use Educator Notes, the CSR and ESR effectively and efficiently and how to save time as a Trainer and Educational Supervisor.
- Share ideas about how to make the most of these assessment tools.
- There will be an opportunity for benchmarking and how we can ensure Trainees are treated fairly.
