DescriptionThis 2-day courses provides a good foundation of the theory and principles of adult teaching and learning. Whether working in one-to-one situations, teaching skills or larger groups, the content of the course has direct relevance to medical and dental education and training. The course is highly participative and practical. Delegates will be asked to prepare a short micro-teaching session and will receive constructive feedback on their teaching and self-presentation skills.
Additional information

It is mandatory to attend both days of this course.  You cannot attend Day 2 if you have missed Day 1.

Please do not book this course if you have already booked / attended one of our other Teaching Skills courses (including 'Training the Trainers, Teaching the Teachers or Teaching the Trainers'.  They are very similar courses and cover similar content.

Between the 2 days you will be expected to prepare a short lecture / presentation.
