Mindfulness is great for enhancing well-being. You’ll get the chance to try out some different meditations. Meditation recordings will be provided and advice will be shared on how to practice meditation for yourself, if you so wish. You’ll discover how to respond mindfully at times of stress. And we’ll look at how you can bring mindfulness more into your clinical practice and everyday life so you can benefit from its life-enhancing qualities.

** This course has been designed for trainees returning to training, however, if you are a trainee currently in programme or a trainer/supervisor who cannot attend a specific trainer/supervisor day and would like to attend, we are happy for you to do so providing spaces are available**

Rachael first began meditating in 2005, has undergone training to teach mindfulness with Bangor University’s ‘Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice’ and has a deep connection with and passion for mindfulness.

She undertakes personal development training and executive coaching in her business, Tall Spaghetti.

Learning outcomes
