Description | This one day course provides an overview of mindfulness, its benefits and the evidence base for it. Mindfulness is great for enhancing well-being. You’ll get the chance to try out some different meditations. Meditation recordings will be provided and advice will be shared on how to practice meditation for yourself, if you so wish. You’ll discover how to respond mindfully at times of stress. And we’ll look at how you can bring mindfulness more into your clinical practice and everyday life so you can benefit from its life-enhancing qualities. | ||
Additional information | ** This course has been designed for trainees returning to training, however, if you are a trainee currently in programme or a trainer/supervisor who cannot attend a specific trainer/supervisor day and would like to attend, we are happy for you to do so providing spaces are available**
