Aims

Participants will be able to consolidate previous learning from awareness session and increase confidence to use different approaches for neurodiverse clients.

Objectives

Half day session, broken into three parts with breaks and breakout rooms of small groups to share prior learning and experiences.

Facilitator and participants share tools and tips based on real-life examples.

Learning outcomes

a) Identify and discuss specific coaching needs of neurodiverse clients.

b) Explore how their coaching style fits the needs of these clients.

c) Understand and or develop simple tools and tips that aid in coaching neurodiverse clients.

d) Identify further development areas for practice, if any.
