Aims

The aim of this workshop is to enhance the support provided to International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and Local Employed Doctors (LEDs) entering the NHS by equipping trainers with the necessary perspectives and tools. By gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by IMGs, trainers will be better prepared to provide comprehensive induction, effective supervision, and optimize training opportunities to support their career progression.
