  • To enable educators to refresh on fundamental teaching and learning principles to support GP trainees with self-directed learning
Objectives
  • To familiarize GP trainers with key principles of teaching techniques, feedback, reflection and adult learning theory
Learning outcomes
  • To understand different ways in which adults learn
  • To consider one-to-one and small group teaching approaches
  • To consider feedback approaches and their strengths and limitations
  • To discuss reflective models
