  • Establishing a relationship of openness and trust – tackling unconscious bias
  • Understanding the impact of culture on communication in the workplace
  • Addressing the challenges of the British education/ training system – as seen from the outside
  • Recognising and managing ‘culture shock’
  • Implementing strategies for early intervention and support
