Spring School Day 1 - PM Workshop- Maintaining the Art of General Practice - 'Power' (GP12MAY21e)
Availability | Course has taken place |
Subject | GP Intending Trainers |
Description | Are you missing the 'creative arts' sessions at Spring and Autumn School or have you wondered what they are all about? This workshop provides an opportunity to experience the power of the arts (sadly without the magic of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park). We will use creative arts resources to explore the concept of power. What is power? How does it impact our relationship with patients? What is a power dynamic and how might this get in the way of building a supportive relationship with your trainee? Can we use art to help our trainees aspire to be future leaders and use power wisely? |
