Availability | Course has taken place |
Subject | GP Prospective Trainers |
Description | With the growing number of staff being supervised by GP’s across their primary care networks, through the ARRS framework or direct employment, it is essential that trainees have the opportunity to learn to supervise others safely and effectively as they transition to independent practice. This course will consider what knowledge and skill is essential for all and what additional knowledge and skills might be suitable to add for good/excellent trainee. We will discuss a possible teachable model of case supervision that can be used in real time by clinicians in practice using a focus group methodology. |
