DescriptionThis course is an opportunity to develop your skills to support colleagues who are new to the NHS. This will be an informal day with plenty of time for discussion. Being a Clinical Support Supervisor is hugely rewarding and a wonderful way to welcome the skills of colleagues from diverse backgrounds into the workforce.
Additional information

This course will enable the participant to become an Educational Support Supervisor - to support dentists working with a conditional performer number (FT by assessment, previously called VT by equivalence)

OUTCOMES

This course will enable more dentists to consider becoming Educational Support Supervisors, so will indirectly provide opportunities for dentists with conditional performer numbers to work in the South West.
