DescriptionThis is a hands-on course using models and hand pieces to practice sectioning teeth and bone removal to facilitate tooth and root removal. The course is a follow on from previous courses using elevators and forceps.

to increase the confidence and skills of delegates in removing teeth and roots, where surgical intervention is required.

Objectives

- to be able to section molar teeth to facilitate elevation

- to be able to remove alveolar bone when required for tooth/root removal.

-to know how to raise flaps as appropriate to aid in exodontia.
