How does it work
Maxcourse is an online solutions platform for organizing and booking courses.
Firstly it's important to remember that there are four, strictly controlled levels of access to Maxcourse:
- Administrator: able to manage the site, enter content, view reports and communicate with all users through emails and enewsletters
- Course organiser: able to create and edit courses and communicate with selected users (eg, those booked onto courses or enquiring about them)
- Registered user: able to log in, book and pay for courses online, communicate with course organisers and administrator
- Guest: able to view courses and communicate with course organisers and administrator
Course organisers or administrators are able to upload new courses from any internet connected computer, using a standard template and a secure access password.
The information provided for each course can be as detailed as required, including downloadable programmes and handouts. These courses can then be edited by all those with password access and, when ready, 'published' and promoted. The courses 'sit' on a secure server and cannot be interfered with by hackers.
Links to the course site can be made through other websites or hyperlinks embedded in emails or promotional enewsletters.
General users can view the content and, should they want to book a course, are led through the very straightforward process of registering. Payments are entirely secure. Both general and registered users can contact course organisers and administrators direct through hyperlinks.
Once attendee data has been entered into the system, it can be exported in standard formats that allow you to create spreadsheets and mail/email merges.
